4 day weekends are great, but I could have used a fifth. The weekend was crazy with classes, brownie preparations for next weekend, dinner with K&C, and a party that I should not have gone to. (I needed all day Sunday to recover - bad!) I'm getting too old for that. Tacy and Anne were over tonight to prep for next weekend, which, hopefully, we will be able to pull off nicely.
We had ALise's parent-teacher meeting and it was wonderful. she had nothing but wonderful things to say about Alise. She is social and smart and a hard worker... I'm so proud of her. She had an emotional evening, being sad about her friend Julia and some other school drama that made it hard to go to bed.
too tired to write... will catch up later in the week.
